FULL SERVICE - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our full service provides hands-on support through every stage of your project, from concept to completion. The full service includes the following:

  • Initial consultation with you at your property.

  • 2D and 3D spatial design.

  • Interior design.

  • Lighting and electrical plans.

  • Joinery design.

  • Management of architect and structural engineer appointments.

  • Build tender process and build contracts.

  • Fixtures and fittings spreadsheet.

  • Procurement. Trade discounts available at many preferred suppliers.

  • Project management of build work. Weekly on site meetings with clients and contractors.

HYBRID

Our hybrid service is for clients who are embarking on a project and would like to be more involved with the project management of their project but still would like the support and reassurance that they will have hands on expert advice throughout. The hybrid package includes the following:

  • Initial consultation with you at your property.

  • 2D and 3D spatial design.

  • Interior design.

  • Lighting and electrical plans.

  • Joinery design.

  • Fixtures and fittings spreadsheet.

  • Procurement. Trade discounts available at many preferred suppliers.

  • Site visits available on request at £60 per hour plus travel time.

  • Additional services available on request.

 VIRTUAL DESIGN

For clients who are further afield we have now launched a virtual design service. This is design only and will not require us to visit your property. You supply us with the room dimensions, photographs, budget and details of what you would like to achieve for the space and we will do the rest. The virtual design service includes the following:

  • 2D and 3D layout

  • Electronic design board

  • Fixtures and fittings spreadsheet.
